On Sundays and for most ministry events, LBC is no longer requiring masks.  Governor Reynolds lifted the mask mandate in Iowa on February 7, and the Covid case numbers in our county have continued to go down.  The CDC does continue to recommend wearing masks in public settings, particularly where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain.

On Wednesday nights for Awana and Youth Group, masks are still required for both adults and students.  Social distancing is almost impossible in these ministries, so the leadership believes it wise for us to continue our Wednesday night mask requirement at this time. Our exceptions to this mask-wearing requirement remain in place: (1) anyone who cannot safely wear a mask for health reasons will not be expected to wear one, and (2) Bible teachers and worship leaders may remove their masks while ministering.
